Agastya's operations during the period from April ‘14 to June ‘14 resulted in 7.1 lakh children exposures. Besides Kuppam Campus, a total of 88 Mobile Science Labs, 40 Science Centers, 94 sets of Lab in a Box (LIB) sets and 2 Lab on a Bike (LoB) and 5 TechLaBikes executed outreach across 12 states.

With the honorable CM of AP, Sri Chandrababu Naidu inaugurating the Digibuzz, Padmavibhushan Dr Anil Kakodar inaugurating the Chemistry Lab in campus, visit by the Maharashtra Chief Secretary and launch of the TechLaBike Program, the previous quarter was an exciting start to the year.

Though the schools were closed through April – May, summer camps were conducted across locations to engage children, extensive training sessions were conducted for our instructors by the IMT team and new outreach programs were planned for launch across India.

We also won the World Bank’s DM (Development Marketplace) 2014 award for a mini eco-system in Meghalaya, extending our footprint into North-east India.
